HOT POTATO SALAD (Serves 4)
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Medium potatoes
- 4 Bacon slices, diced
- ½ Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter or margarine
- ¼ cup (60ml) JC Japanese Dressing ORIGINAL (or flavours of your choice)
DIRECTIONS
- Peel the potatoes, and dice into 2-3cm pieces. In a medium-sized pot, boil 2L water. Add salt, and then the potatoes. Cook until tender. Drain water.
- Melt butter in a frying pan, and cook the bacon and onions thoroughly. Add the potatoes and continue cooking.
- Finally, add JC Japanese Dressing and transfer the potato salad to a bowl.
